Badshah, the king of Indian rapping, has been spending his time with his family and healing. The rapper and singer has been through a rough patch after he was diagnosed with anxiety. However, Badshah is focusing on rebuilding and re-working the way he lives his life. A while ago, he talked about his dynamics with his ex-wife, Jasmine Masih and how they are co-parenting their daughter, Jessemy.

Badshah’s daughter, Jessemy is super cute. On October 18, 2024, the rapper took to his Instagram handle and posted a video with his daughter, Jessemy. In the clip, the little girl looked pretty. She wore a black-hued sweatshirt. Braided hair with headband completed her look.
In the video, Badshah is seen teaching his daughter Jessemy his swag. The little girl cutely follows him and says, “It’s your girl, Jessemy, and you are watching me on YouTube.”

When Badshah revealed his daughter, Jessemy is not a fan of his songs
In a podcast with Prakhar Ke Pravachan, Badshah talked about his relationship with his daughter, Jessemy. He shared that she is extremely friendly and thinks that her dad is super cool. Badshah also revealed that his daughter has seen him perform live on stage, but she is not a fan of his work. Badshah shared:
“She was at my concert. My daddy is cool. He’s very cool. But she’s not a fan. She listens to Blackpink. As a musician, buying another musician’s merchandise for your own child is a little painful.”

When Badshah was left emotional on MTV Hustle 03
Earlier, in an episode of of MTV Hustle 03, Badshah showed off his emotional side. It all started when a contestant, Shen B, dedicated a special song for the women in his life, including his mother, daughter, and wife. The song instantly made Badshah emotional as he shared the joy of having a daughter. He added that he has a six-year-old daughter. He also revealed that when he became a father, he felt nothing. However, his feelings changed when she held his hand the first time. Talking about the same, Badshah said:
“I cannot tell you the happiness of having a daughter. I have a six year old daughter. You feel that people used to say that once you become a father then this will happen, but I did not feel anything. You know when feelings come, when she holds your finger, then when she smiles, then she becomes everything in life.”

For those who don’t know, Badshah was never a fan of kids, in fact, he kind of hated them. However, when his wife, Jasmine, delivered a baby girl, Badshah’s world changed. He not only loves being surrounded by kids but also cannot stand the sight of a crying baby, and his inner father makes sure the baby doesn’t cry. In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Badshah shared the joy of becoming a father, and he said that he could not express it in words. He added that his daughter, Jessemy, is his entire world. Badshah was quoted as saying:
“I cannot express it (the feeling of becoming a father) in words. I think you have to be a father to understand those feelings… that happiness of being a father. She (Jessemy) is my entire world, and I love her so much, I can do anything for her.”
